What if my passes don't arrive in the mail before I leave?

If your order does not arrive via Canada Post before you leave for Boots & Hearts, don't panic, we will have your order for you at the festival. RFID allows us to easily deactivate the wristbands mailed out and reissue new ones upon arrival. Make sure to bring your photo ID with you.
