Will I get the leftover money on my RFID band refunded?

All leftover funds from credit card transactions will be refunded automatically. For cash and debit card transactions, fans will need to apply for a Manual Refund in their cashless account.

Credit Card Leftover funds that were added by credit card will be automatically refunded 10 business days following the event minus a $5 refund processing fee.

Cash & Debit Card Leftover funds that were added by cash or debit card require the submission of a manual refund form found in your cashless account. Patrons must complete the manual refund form online by August 25th. After the completion of the form, funds will be refunded back to your account within 10 business days.
